Victim's family sues suspect

HOUSTON Police say Michael Hare, 24, shot and killed Luis Monroy in the parking lot.

Monroy had kicked hale out of the restaurant earlier in the night for harassing a waitress. Hale is in jail on a $50,000 bond.
