Car slams into popular W. Houston restaurant

HOUSTON Police say just after 1am, a man leaving the House of Pies on Westheimer at Fountainview accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake. That sent him over the parking block and into the back of the restaurant.

The damage to the building is minor. The driver was not hurt.
