Stolen police cruiser left on train tracks

HOUSTON The car was stolen when an officer responded to a call on Scott near I-610. When the officer got out of the car, a man jumped in and drove off.

Police tracked the car through GPS and found it on some railroad tracks. The man who stole it got away.
