Parents sue over stairwell collapse

HOUSTON The stairwell collapsed on Juan Castro, David Vasquez and Miguel Robledo last week at the Westwood Fountain Apartments. Vasquez and Robledo died and Castro suffered serious injuries.

Castro's parents have sued the complex and its owners, claiming they experienced mental anguish seeing their son under the collapsed stairwell.
