HOUSTON --
Drivers will notice new signs in the West University Place area. The city will begin posting "no cell phone" signs in school zones around West University elementary school. The new city ordinance bans all cell phone use, even with hands free devices. The ordinance is designed to protect school children from distracted drivers.
