Woman dies after being ejected from SUV

HOUSTON Police say Melissa Manriquez, 18, was traveling on the Gulf Freeway service road in Ford Explorer at a high rate of speed when she apparently struck the curb on the right side of the roadway. The Explorer then rolled over and Manriquez was ejected from the vehicle.

There were no other passengers in the Explorer and no other vehicles were involved in this incident.
