Man charged in brother's death

HOUSTON Thomas Hightower, 24, was killed during a shootout between two groups of people on June 3. The shooting was the result of an ongoing argument between two women that started at Spring High School.

Yesterday, deadly conduct charges were filed against Hightower's brother. Investigators say Sammy Emerson was shooting at people in the other group when he fatally shot his brother.
