Deputy loses control, hits concrete pillar

HOUSTON Investigators still have no idea why the sheriff's deputy lost control and then hit a concrete pillar. It happened while he was on a Beltway 8 ramp to the Gulf Freeway.

He was not responding to a call. No other vehicles were involved in the accident.
