Suspected serial burglar arrested

KATY, TX Investigators say the suspect admitted to burglarizing 13 homes in the Cinco Ranch, Seven Meadows, Lakemont, Grand Mission and West Oaks subdivisions.

Emmanuel Hernandez, 20, was arrested during a traffic stop, after someone called police to report a suspicious person looking in her windows. During questioning, investigators say Hernandez admitted to the burglaries. Deputies also recovered stolen property in his vehicle and at his home in San Antonio.
