Reward offered to help catch a killer

HOUSTON Javier Ortiz, Jr.'s relatives passed out flyers at a northwest Houston Park yesterday. July 8, 2007, Ortiz's body was found near the park in his burning car.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,000 reward. If you have any information about the case, you are asked to call 713-222-TIPS.
