Police standoff unfolds in southwest Houston

HOUSTON Police say 69-year-old Andrew Miller was fighting with his wife and son at their home on Wickview near Park Manor this morning. They say he pulled a gun on his family members. They escaped, but Miller barricaded himself inside. Police say he fired a shot in an unknown direction.

No one was hurt, and the man gave up peacefully a short time later.
