Power lines causing traffic mess on I-45

HOUSTON The power lines are across the freeway are a result of an accident near West Dallas. The freeway itself is open, but very slow in the area. The northbound ramp from downtown to either the North Freeway or Houston Avenue is closed. Pierce Street north of Dallas is closed, as well.
