Several people have been seen being helped out of the building by firefighters, including several children. Firefighters are inside the building battling the blaze and spraying the flames with water cannons from outside.
The apartment building has three floors but it's not clear how many people live in it or how the fire started.
There are no reports of injuries or deaths.
