Sinclair is accused of embezzling the money from Gulf Coast Window Covering, where she worked as an accounts receivable clerk for 16 years. Prosecutors say she spent the money to fund a lavish lifestyle that included designer merchandise, trips to Europe and the Bahamas, and $100,000 worth of furniture for her house.
Sinclair was arrested Monday.
