Fatal wreck shuts down freeway lanes

HOUSTON At about 2:20pm, emergency officials with HFD were called to a wreck. When they arrived, they found one person dead at the scene. The victim was a passenger in the vehicle.

At first the driver couldn't be located, but they were found several minutes later wandering on a nearby street.
