Prosecutors say one of the reasons Kettler was arrested was because he bragged about the prank.
"We actually had a witness come forward after a Crime Stoppers press conference was held," said prosecutor Amanda Skillern. "The witness stated that the defendant had been bragging that he was the one that had thrown. He apparently had a juvenile witness in the vehicle with him when he did it."
Prosecutors say Kettler gave no actual motive for the brick tossing incident. They believe Cox was not targeted in the random prank.
