Four kids injured in ATV accident

HOUSTON The accident happened around 11:30pm at Maybrook and Rampchester. Investigators say the children, ages 7 to 14, piled onto the ATV for a late night ride through their neighborhood.

The three girls and one boy on the 4-wheeler apparently ran a stop sign and collided with a car. Two kids have serious head injuries and broken bones. The other two suffered minor injuries.

A passenger in the car suffered a neck injury.

The parents of the children may face charges for letting them ride the ATV.
