Man accused of killing girlfriend's brother

HOUSTON It happened on W. Montgomery at McCrarey. Investigators say the victim's sister and her boyfriend had an argument and the woman asked her brother to come get her yesterday.

Her brother later met up with her boyfriend to discuss the situation. Police say the boyfriend shot the brother at that meeting. He is now in police custody.
