Two-alarm fire damages several apt. units

HOUSTON Firefighters were called to the Greenridge Place Apartments just off Richmond last night.

Investigators say the fire started in the laundry room, but once it got into the walls, it shot straight up to second and third floor units. In all, six to eight units were damaged. No one was hurt.
