Driver loses control, flips vehicle

HOUSTON The driver was on an exit ramp from the Loop to 59 northbound when he lost control. The car hit an outside wall, flipped and skidded down the ramp on its roof.

The driver was taken to Ben Taub Hospital in serious condition.
