Couple in baby freezer case due in court

HOUSTON Crystal Sosa and Dezmond Blake are charged with evidence tampering. Police say they found the body of the couple's six month old child, Devin Blake, frozen solid in a west Houston motel back in May.

Authorities say his body had been in the freezer for about a year. An autopsy was conducted but there was no obvious cause of death.
