Fire damages property, kills cats

HOUSTON Investigators say some workers were burning wooden pallets off Exeter and Norlinda in northeast Houston. The fire then spread to a house and a trailer.

No people were hurt, but some cats were killed. Fire fighters were able to save two of the pets by giving them oxygen.
