Construction slowdown on Katy Freeway
HOUSTON Starting tonight at 9pm, the Katy Freeway will be closed eastbound from the Loop to the Washington Avenue/Westcott Exit. The closure will last until 6am Sunday. During that same time, if you're driving along the West Loop, you won't be able to exit onto I-10 eastbound.
