The man accused of causing the accident which killed the curator of the Art Car Museum will be in court today. Dustin Allen Poe is charged with intoxication manslaughter. Police say Poe was drunk when he lost control and crashed into a parked car last month. That vehicle hit 51-year-old Tom Jones.

Jones and his friends had been sitting outside of the Art Car Museum. He later died from internal injuries.
