Councilman wants 200 more red light cams

HOUSTON James Rodriguez is trying to slip the additional red light request into the budget. The amendment would add 200 red light cameras to the 70 already installed, making for nearly 300 cameras trying to catch red light runners.

The council will debate the budget next week and we'll let you know if money is set aside to pay for the additional red light cameras.
