Woman's body found after Lake Conroe accident

CONROE, TX Wardens tell us the body of Vivian Gann, 42, was found last night near FM 1375. She fell off a watercraft on which she was riding Sunday when it hit something in the water.

The driver of the watercraft, Jeffrey Carmichael, has been charged with intoxication manslaughter.
