Family of drowning victim sues night club

TEXAS CITY, TX You may remember Kristen Sanchez's dramatic 911 call for help moments after she lost control of her vehicle and flipped into a body of water. Sanchez' family is now suing Lipstick, a club in Bacliff, where she worked. The family claims the club served minors liquor and served Kristen alcohol, even though she was 20 years old.

The business has not commented on the suit.
