Man charged with intoxication manslaughter after jet ski accident

CONROE, TX Investigators say Jeffery Carmichael was intoxicated when he crashed a jet ski. A woman who was riding with him died.

It happened in the northern part of Lake Conroe. Vivian Gann was thrown into the water and never surfaced. Crews are still searching for her body.
