Possible drunk driver flips car during chase

HOUSTON Investigators say the driver took off when a deputy tried to pull over his car for weaving on the road. The man eventually lost control and skidded off the road on Little York at N. Eldridge Parkway, went down a ditch and rolled several times before the car landed on its side, on top of the driver.

That man is in serious but stable condition. Deputies believe he was intoxicated.
