HOUSTON They tell us the men were confronted by two other guys Saturday morning at the complex off Wayforest near Richcrest. That's when the shooting started. Deputies say the men -- who appear to be cousins -- didn't live at the complex. The shooting has folks at the complex shaken up.
"It was scary because it was in the daytime, kids are out running around," said neighbor Cindy Bridges. "I've never seen anything like that before."
The identities of the victims haven't been released.
