Woman fatally struck while walking in road

HOUSTON The victim was with her husband around 3am on 249 near Mosilee when the accident happened. The couple was in an unlit area and they weren't at a crosswalk.

The driver of the car that hit the victim called 911. There are not expected to be any charges.
