Confidential files found in dumpster

HOUSTON The business sits along the North Freeway at North Vista in the Spring area. Dr. Jake Duong says he stores records at the business and an assistant accidentally left the files outside.

"We actually have storage in here. We did it yesterday closing time," said Dr. Duong. "I'm not going to make any excuses."

The box the files were in were labeled that they were supposed to be shredded. The files contained patient information, including teeth impressions.
