Ex-teacher accused of sex assault due in court

HOUSTON Christopher Evans, 26, used to work as a teacher at the New Heights Christian Academy in northwest Houston.

Police say the alleged incidents involved a 15-year-old girl, and happened at Evans' home, while his pregnant wife was on bed rest.
