CPS: All polygamist sect kids back with parents

SAN ANGELO, TX Texas child welfare officials said Wednesday afternoon that all the children have been picked up since a judge ordered their return Monday. It took parents several days to travel to foster facilities across the state to pick up the children.

It's not clear how many children will return to the Yearning for Zion Ranch in Eldorado.

Judge Barbara Walther ordered the return of the children after the Texas Supreme Court said Child Protective Services overreached by removing them two months ago.
