Corpus Christi to host UIL 3A, 5A region finals

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX Laredo United and San Antonio Reagan meet in a 5A Region IV playoff game Thursday night at 8. The best-of-3 series continues Friday at 5pm with the third contest, if necessary, following 30 minutes after the conclusion of Game 2.

The third-ranked Sinton Pirates take on No. 1 Medina Valley in Game 2 of the 3A Region IV finals on Saturday. First pitch is at 3pm. If an additional elimination game is needed, it will take place after a 30-minute break. The series opener is Thursday in San Antonio.

Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students. Laredo United-San Antonio Reagan tickets go on sale at the Whataburger Field box office on Thursday at 9am. Sinton-Medina Valley tickets are available Saturday at 10am. Parking is $4.
