Investigators arrested Marcus Alvarez, Jonathon Green, and Quan Ha. They're all charged with tampering with evidence. More charges could come once investigators find out exactly how Garcia died.
Three accused of dumping teen's body
CONROE, TX Police were called out to an apartment complex Monday afternoon in Conroe after getting a 911 call from someone saying a person had died in the apartment. Officers later found 19-year-old Christopher Garcia's body in Madison County.
