Police say the victim was involved in an argument with another man. Witnesses say they saw the shooter. That person is still on the loose at this time.
Witnesses spot suspect before fatal shooting
HOUSTON Police responded to the scene around 9pm Saturday at Bellfort near Stella Link. The victim was transported to Ben Taub Hospital, but he was pronounced dead on arrival.
