A 15-year-old girl suffered quite a scare on a playground near Katy. Investigators say a man attacked her and ripped off her shorts.Fort Bend County officials say the girl was lying on some playground equipment Friday at the Falcon Point neighborhood center park off Pacific Grove. That's when a man came up and grabbed her, and pulled off her shorts. The girl was able to get away. Deputies want parents to be on alert. They released a composite sketch of the suspect.
