Investigators say preliminary tests show neither alcohol nor drugs played a part in the accident. Police, however, are still waiting on toxicology results.
Teen killed in traffic accident
SANTA FE, TX Police say a 17-year-old boy had left Santa Fe High School when an 18-year-old girl drove by in a pickup truck. Two street signs sticking out of the truck hit the boy in the head.
