On Tuesday, Owens turned himself in to authorities for the murders. He's due back in court next month.

HOUSTON Theron Owens, 47, is charged with capital murder and is being held without bond. Owens initially told police he found the bodies of Joyce Owens and Alberta Walker, 84, in their home in Spring Friday night.
