St. Thomas High School has AD in place

HOUSTON Netzel, who was an assistant baseball coach during the team's 2008 campaign, previously was assistant dean of students at Episcopal High School, where he was also baseball coach.

"Working in a Catholic, faith-based environment is the major factor in my interest in St. Thomas," said Netzel, a Chicago native and a 1985 graduate of Northern Kentucky University.

"Coach Netzel has the skills to lead the community here as it moves ahead to bright and blessed possibilities," said Rev. John B. Huber, principal of St. Thomas.

Netzel and his wife, Jeanice, have two daughters, Jillian and Olivia.
