First Co-Cathedral wedding in July

HOUSTON Justin Sellers and Jessica Longoria will be the first couple to be married in the new church. They're wedding date is set for July 12. They beat out dozens of other couples.

"We had no idea, no idea," said Jessica. "We actually just found out recently that we were the first."

"This is something we'll be able to tell our kids and our grandchildren about," added Justin.

The parish secretary tells us she has already booked more than 170 weddings for the next couple of years.
