Quintero sentencing phase begins today

HOUSTON Last week, the jury took six hours to find Quintero guilty of the capital murder of HPD Officer Rodney Johnson in September of 2006.

Jurors will decide whether to give /*Quintero*/ life in prison or death by lethal injection.
