Woman holds police at bay during SWAT standoff
HOUSTON
A woman at the home on Kashmere near Caplin called police to report that her sister threatened her with a knife. Police arrived, but the sister barricaded herself in a room. After a three hour standoff, SWAT officers went into the room and subdued the woman with a Taser.
