Man sitting on porch fired upon

HOUSTON Late last night, authorities say a man was sitting the porch of his home on Waldine near Patch when two people drove by and opened fire. The homeowner fired back, hitting both the driver and passenger. A bullet also grazed the homeowner.

All three went to the hospital with minor injuries. Investigators have not determined what led up to the shooting.
