Police say the teen pulled out a six-inch knife and stabbed the younger boy in the stomach. That child was taken by Life Flight to the hospital and is expected to be OK. Neighbors say the alleged stabber has been a problem at the complex for months.
"I call them terrorists. They run around the neighborhood always fighting with all the other kids," said neighbor Daniel Maher. "They have no respect for all the adults in the area."
The teen spent the night in a juvenile facility and is expected to be charged today.
