Traffic stop turns into chase

HOUSTON This started near downtown Houston when the suspect failed to stop for a traffic stop. Authorities chased the driver until he crashed into a ditch.

Two men and a woman got out and ran. Police were able to catch the two men but the woman got away. It's unknown why they ran.
