While the parents were waiting, they saw another student who they say was a witness to the attack. The father of the student who was assaulted stabbed the young man who was a witness.
The student was stabbed three times, and taken to a hospital in The Woodlands. He was conscious and alert when he was being transported, and is in good condition at the hospital. An attorney for the teen says he was stabbed in the chest, abdomen and hand. He has undergone surgery and is expected to be alright.
The father of the assaulted student has been arrested. It's unclear what kind of knife he had.
Curry says the girl's parents had reported the sexual assault to Precinct 4 over the weekend.
No other students saw the stabbing, which occured in the front part of the building.
