Man questioned in sex assault freed

A man questioned about the sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl has been freed. South Houston police say the victim wasn't able to pick him out of a lineup.

We told you on Saturday that Jose Rosales Lopez was arrested, accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting the girl. Police say the victim was forced into a car while walking home from school last week.

Lopez remains locked up. A second man, Lopez's brother, was taken in for questioning after he matched a sketch of the suspected driver of the car. But on Sunday, he was let go. Police aren't ruling him out as a suspect.
