1 dead, 3 hurt in Gulf Freeway crash

HOUSTON Sunday evening, northbound traffic was blocked at I-45 and Broadway and it had to be diverted off the freeway.

Police say a car spun out after it was cut off. Then it was hit by an SUV. A motorcyclist tried to avoid that crash but the driver hit a concrete wall and was killed. He wasn't wearing a helmet.

A man on a second motorcycle also crashed. That motorcyclist and two people in the SUV were rushed to the hospital.
